Can one revoke the divorce during the cooling-off period after getting divorced?

Many couples rush to apply for an agreement divorce under the influence of emotions. After entering the divorce cooling-off period, they gradually calm down and start to feel regretful. They don’t know if they can revoke the application during the cooling-off period, and they are also worried that once they submit it, they won’t be able to reverse the decision.
The establishment of the divorce cooling-off period is itself to curb impulsive divorces. During the 30-day cooling-off period, either party can withdraw the divorce registration application at any time if they change their mind or are unwilling to divorce. This will directly terminate the current divorce process.
Even if both parties reached an agreement in the early stage, as long as either party withdraws their consent during the cooling-off period, the current divorce application will automatically become invalid. The marriage relationship will continue to exist without any responsibility or leaving any bad record.
After the cooling-off period ends, both parties need to be present together to confirm the issuance of the marriage certificate. If either party is absent, it will be regarded as an automatic withdrawal of the divorce. Divorce is a matter that affects one’s entire life. Being cautious and making a rational choice is the responsibility for one’s own life.
